The 2019 Nightjar reserve pinot noir is made using grapes sourced from Clayhill Vineyard in Essex. The wine is matured for a total of 36 months prior to release, 24 in barrel and 12 in bottle, gaining texture and complexity allowing the potential of this wine to shine through. The pinot noir has an essence of refinement that shows the longer term ageing potential of our wines.
