Akanksha is a non-profit organisation that has been changing the lives of children from low-income communities in India since 1991. Their school model provides a holistic education for children – with a focus on core academic skills, the development of socio-emotional and 21st century skills and values. This reaches far beyond the classroom, and the kids learn to be a positive impact on their local community.
